Licenses

This is a legal agreement between you “the purchaser” and the product owner. by downloading and using the item you have selected or part thereof, from or with any media, constitutes your acceptance of the terms of this agreement.

Most of the items here are covered by the Regular License & Multiple License which grants you the non-exclusive use of the item, only if your end users are free of charge to use your end product. An Extended License is required if you charge your end users for the use, or if you redistribute the item (or part of it) as part of your end product.

Standard License

1. This license grants you the non-exclusive use of the item in a single end product application, for you or one client.
2. An end product is a customized implementation of the item into a larger work that you have created.
3. You can create a single end product for one client and then transfer this license to your client for any fee.
4. You can modify the item in order to integrate it with your work and create an end product, the derivative work is subject to the terms of this license.
5. End users should use the end product free of charge, otherwise you’ll need to use an Extended License.
6. End product can’t be re-distributed or resold (except for one client), for this you’ll need an Extended License.
7. You can’t use the item in a website generators or “on demand” applications, for this each end user should buy an Standard License.
8. You can’t extract and use the inner components & plugins to use them as standalone.
9. End users can’t extract the item and use it separately from the end product.
10. You can’t use, or allowing anyone else to use the item to create pornographic, fraudulent, obscene, immoral, infringing, illegal or defamatory material.
11. This license can be terminated if you breach it. If that happens, you must stop making copies of or distributing the end product until you remove the item from it.
12. The author of the Item retains ownership of the item but grants you the license on these terms. This license is between the author of the item and you.

Multiple License

1. This license grants you the non-exclusive use of the item in a multiple end product applications, for you or your clients.
2. An end product is a customized implementation of the item into a larger work that you have created.
3. You can create a multiple end products for your clients and then transfer this license to yours client for any fee.
4. You can modify the item in order to integrate it with your work and create an end product, the derivative work is subject to the terms of this license.
5. End users should use the end product free of charge, otherwise you’ll need to use an Extended License.
6. End products can’t be re-distributed or resold (except for your clients), for this you’ll need an Extended License.
7. You can’t use the item in a website generators or “on demand” applications, for this each end user should buy an Standard License.

8. You can’t use the item in a website generators or “on demand” applications, for this each end user should buy an Standard License.
9. You can’t extract and use the inner components & plugins to use them as standalone.
10. You can’t use, or allowing anyone else to use the item to create pornographic, fraudulent, obscene, immoral, infringing, illegal or defamatory material.

Extended License

4. You can modify the item in order to integrate it with your work and create an end product.
5. End product can be sold and you can charge end users in order to use it.
6. End product can be re-distributed or resold only if clause 2 is met.
7. If the end product is going to be re-distributed freely under an open source license you need to have an author written permission along with specific use guidelines of the source code in order to protect the item integrity.
8. You may license or sub-license the derivative work always following the clause 2.
9. This license is a “single application” license and not a “multi-use” license, which means that you can’t use the Item to create more than one unique end product.
